The Transition Pact is a tool aimed at promoting and organizing citizen participation to enable change in all municipalities, by encouraging a dialogue between citizens and elected officials as part of the campaigns for the 2020 municipal elections.
The Transition Pact is both:
- A list of 3 principles and 32 concrete measures applicable at the scale of a municipality, in favor of ecological transition, solidarity and democracy;
- Support for the transition networks, via some 50 partner organizations (Emmaus, Greenpeace, Enercoop, France Nature Environnement, etc.);
- A digital platform to link, equip and support participants.
